Grilled Chicken with Sweet N Spicey Mustard Sauce, Lime and Dill

We just started P90X and this was our first dinner!!  Super healthy and it was surprisingly delicious and REALLY simple & easy.. which YOU KNOW if how I like it!

Chicken Breasts (desired amount per person)
Grill Seasoning
3-5 tbps sweet n spicey mustard
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Mayo or Miracle Whip
2 limes
fresh dill

  Grill your chicken with Grill Seasoning (I've been grilling with a little water instead of oil)
while cooking combine Sweet n Spicey Mustard, sugar and mayo.

When chicken is ready, top with the Mustard Sauce, squeeze fresh lime on top, and sprinkle lots of fresh dill.

Put over brown rice & serve with aspargus!! 


try it first and THEN I'll tell you that I made it up.  true.  you might be surprised.  I was too.
